What it does
Give players a protected place to spawn, meet or use a shared service. F5 Safezones lets you draw a simple circle or fit a polygon around a specific area. Each zone has its own protection and display settings, so a hospital entrance and a public meeting point can follow different rules.
- Use circle or polygon boundaries, with height limits for interiors and areas on different floors.
- Configure player and vehicle protection separately, including vehicle weapons and collisions.
- Create and manage zones in game through the admin panel, with ACE permissions for staff.
- Add map blips and visible markers, then activate or deactivate zones as needed.
What you’ll need
Supports ESX, QBCore and Qbox, detected at startup. Zone data is stored in JSON files, so no database or SQL import is required. Qbox setups use ox_lib for notifications.
Installing F5 Safezones
Start f5_safezones after your framework and give your admins the safezones.admin ACE permission. A Legion Square zone is included for the first test. When setting up collisions, remember that pass-through applies to players and vehicles inside the zone; walls, map props and ambient pedestrians stay solid.
